Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Clearance and sale items are final.

Refunds for returns initiated within five days of the receipt date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Refunds for returns initiated after more than five days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.

            Cancellations must be made in a timely fashion before an order ships. Once an order is processed and packaged for shipping, it cannot be cancelled. All cancellations must be made in writing by contacting customerservice@loveyscloset.com with the necessary order number and transaction details.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs. 
Return shipping costs vary by shipping method used in the order. Overnight delivery cost is $35 for return shipping. 2nd day return shipping charges are $25. 3rd day air return shipping charges are $18. Ground shipping return charges are $7. To reship a refused or undeliverable package is another shipping cost dependent on what kind of shipping you prefer. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, there is a 15% restocking fee.

We reserve the right to cancel and void or refund payment for any order at any time.

How to Return/Exchange

Returns have to be requested electronically via email. Once we receive your return/exchange request, you will be emailed the returns and exchange form to fill out.  Email the completed form back to customerservice@Loveyscloset.com and upon approval, you will be emailed a return authorization form, which will need to be included in the package being returned. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on shipments sent back to Loveyscloset.com. Exchanges will be shipped back to customers at Loveyscloset.com’s cost.

 If you qualified for free shipping by meeting a minimum purchase amount and your return results in that purchase falling below the minimum dollar amount needed to qualify for this promotion, the original shipping charge will be deducted from the amount due on your refund. You will be credited the difference between the shipping cost and total refund amount due.

Return Address

Please send your package, including your return authorization form, via an insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Upon receipt of your return, we will email you a confirmation.
